Standard battery orders include free delivery within the contiguous 48 U.S. states and Washington, DC. Online delivery excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, international addresses and P.O. Boxes. Contact Bill to discuss other destinations before ordering. Ask Bill about on-site installation, remote guidance or wholesale shipping.

For in-stock standard orders, processing usually takes 1–2 business days after order confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. Standard transit usually takes another 3–7 business days. These are separate estimates, not a guaranteed arrival date; model-specific lead times take precedence.

Delivery

For in-stock standard orders, processing usually takes 1–2 business days after order confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. Standard transit usually takes another 3–7 business days. These are separate estimates, not a guaranteed arrival date. Tracking is supplied after dispatch.

Model-specific lead times take precedence. The MOKE battery has a longer supplier schedule; ask Bill for its delivery plan. Out-of-stock batteries accept availability enquiries only, without preorder payment.

Contact Bill promptly about an address change. Changes may no longer be possible once processing or shipping starts.

Standard battery delivery is free within the contiguous 48 U.S. states and Washington, DC. Supply a valid residential or commercial street address. Manufacturer standard delivery is not offered to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, international addresses or P.O. Boxes. Some hazardous-material destinations have additional restrictions; contact Bill before ordering for a special destination.

Golf cart installation

On-site installation is $350 per golf cart within 50 driving miles of our warehouse at 302 Georgia Ave, Fort Pierce, FL 34950, including extra mounting materials and wiring. Add installation as an optional service when buying your golf cart battery, and pay together through PayPal. Confirm at checkout that your delivery address is also the installation address and is within 50 driving miles. Bill will contact you to arrange the appointment. Beyond 50 driving miles, request a separate installation quote.
