Requests you submit through this website
When a website submission succeeds, Lithos Battery saves your request and gives you a reference number. Your request may include your name, email, phone, selected products and quantities, equipment, destination, company, serial numbers, referral details, warranty photos and the details you provide. The website sends a notification to Bill at bill@lithosbattery.org. A saved request remains available in the website even if its email notification fails.
Bill uses these details to answer your enquiry and discuss quotes, battery selection, delivery, installation or support appointments. Authorised staff can access the request in the website dashboard. Our website hosting and email services process these details to provide these services. Do not include payment card details or other sensitive information in an enquiry.
Warranty photos
Photos submitted with a support request are kept with that request for authorised staff to review. They are not added to the public website gallery. Send only photos relevant to your battery and avoid including unrelated personal information.
Manufacturer registration
The battery registration link opens DigiMarker’s website. Details and files you submit on that form go directly to the manufacturer and are handled under its privacy policy. A support request sent to Lithos Battery is separate from manufacturer registration.
Online orders
When you place an order, Lithos Battery stores your contact details, billing and shipping addresses, products, quantities, order totals and payment status to fulfil your purchase and provide support. Authorised staff, our website hosting service, the supplier fulfilling your order and delivery providers process the information needed to manage and deliver your order. PayPal processes your payment; Lithos Battery does not receive your full payment card details.
Payments and fraud protection
Payments processed through PayPal are handled by PayPal under its Privacy Statement. PayPal checkout protection uses Google reCAPTCHA, which processes technical and interaction information to identify automated abuse. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to that protection.
Product images
DigiMarker product images load from its image hosting service. That service receives your IP address and the technical information needed to load an image; your enquiry details are not sent with those image requests.
Other ways to contact Bill
If website submission is unavailable, you can review and copy your details or open an email to Bill. Reviewing, copying or opening an email draft does not send it. You choose when to send the email or contact Bill by phone.
Quote lists and drafts on your device
Your browser may keep product IDs and quantities in local or session storage. Shared quote-list links can also contain product IDs and quantities. Details you type into a form may be kept in this browser tab so you can recover an unfinished draft. A successful website submission clears that form draft from the tab; it does not remove the request saved in the website.
Reviewing, copying or opening an email draft does not clear the saved draft. Use your browser site-storage controls to clear selections and drafts, especially on a shared device. We use limited technical information to prevent spam, duplicate requests and misuse of the forms.
Your choices
Requests are kept so Bill can manage your enquiry and follow-up. Contact Bill if you have questions about information you have sent, including requests for access or deletion. You can remove products from your quote list and clear data kept in your browser using its settings.
